1. The service
ProBuild Kosova provides plumbing, construction, electrical and renovation services. Requests are accepted by phone, WhatsApp or the form on the website. Each job is priced individually, and an approximate price is given before the work begins.
2. Price and payment
The final price depends on the work carried out and the materials. Payment is made after the work is finished, in cash or by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Warranty
The work is covered by a warranty according to its type. The length of the warranty is communicated in writing before or after the work is finished. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use or by later changes made after the work.
4. Cancellation
A request can be cancelled free of charge until the team has set off to you. For jobs with specially ordered materials, unused materials may be invoiced.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing, hidden or undetectable damage before the work began. Complaints are taken seriously and reviewed as soon as they are reported.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
